Job creation inniciative and poverty alleviation in Chris Hani District.Brief Motivation for starting a youth Development.Mother Soul Youth Developmnt indaba was established January 2012 in Ilinge Township, Queenstown. in Our Community lack of skills information and unemployment is too high more special in poor Townships and rural areas. Then we decided to register an organisation to help young people help thmselves. The reason to start this organisation, we are unemployed, and we saw that there are lot of young people including persons with disabilities who are not employed and not participating in the economy. These problems are leading to financial problems, Substance abuse, car theft, house breaking, Suicide and Lack of Ubuntu.
